Our Great Cloth Diaper Change event was held at a Masonic lodge where Aja of Magic Bum's husband belongs to. We managed to get some amazing sponsors who donated items and coupons, allowing us to put together some fantastic door prize packages and swag bags. We also had car seat checks, CHIPS registration, infant massages and a sign language instructor who did a demonstration after the change.
Unfortunately my husband was unable to attend because he had to attend a funeral but I was able to get my amazing friend Lisa to come along and help out. She helped keep an eye on E and even watched children not involved in the change while the it was going on.
Our change time took place at 12:30 PM EST and we all started to get settled in the changing area at about 12:15. I felt like it was the longest 15 minutes ever. E was restless and overtired, She definitely could have benefited from a nap before the change.

Did you attend the Great Cloth Diaper Change? How was your experience?

I went to the Indianapolis, IN one. We had 55 babies changed and it was in a little building! We were SO crowded, but it was nice to be a part of it and to see so many others that cloth diaper too. Glad you were able to get the 25 minimum. I had heard several fell short of that goal :(
