I am always looking for natural and sustainable products and was excited to come across Dr. Sharp Dentistry which features a line of natural oral care products including toothpaste, mouthwash and more.

I recently started using Dr. Sharp's Fresh Mint Mouthwash which I am proud to say is now permanently replacing my alcohol based mouthwash. Not only is Dr. Sharp’s Natural Fresh Mint Mouthwash alcohol free, it's also fluoride free. What I recently learned from news reports and from websites like fluoridealert.org is that fluoride has been linked to health problems such as osteoporosis, thyroid issues and even cancer! Also, I've learned that an excess of Fluoride inhibits digestive enzymes and can lead to eating problems. Bottom line, the fact that Dr. Sharp's mouthwash and oral care products are fluoride free leads me to believe that Dr. Sharp Dentistry cares about their clients well being.

Dr. Sharp's Mouthwash is vegan and contains natural extracts and organic botanicals that have soothing properties. There are no added colors and the flavor and sweeteners are all natural.

My husband and I use Dr. Sharp's Mouthwash daily after brushing and like I mentioned above, Dr. Sharp's Mouthwash has replaced our alcohol based mouthwash completely. I love the fresh mint flavor which keeps your breath fresh for a long period of time. It also doesn't dry out my mouth like our old mouthwash. 

I also received some samples of Dr. Sharp's Fresh Mint Whitening and Green Tea Whitening Toothpaste which I love and honestly can't decide which I like more. Both are made with non-abrasive natural whiteners including bamboo powder, titanium, and calcium carbonate which help to whiten teeth when brushing regularly.
