BALM! Baby SANITIZE those HANDS {Review}

I'm constantly washing my hands and when I can't wash my hands, I'll use hand sanitizer. I usually apply hand sanitizer after touching shopping carts and in any situation where washing my hands with soap and water is not an option. The problem with a lot of hand sanitizes though is that they tend to dry out your hands.
