Graco SnugRide Click Connect 40 & #NJ #GracoSafety Event! @GracoBaby

I recently attended a #GracoSafety event in Totowa, NJ. Bloggers and moms from around the state came to hear abut the new Graco SnugRide Click Connect Car Seat. Kim from Party of 5 hosted and I assisted with taking pictures and Tweeting useful car safety information as well as sharing key features of this amazing car seat! It was such a blast and I great time getting to meet other NJ bloggers!

At the event, I learned more about the Graco SnugRide Click Connect 40, The only Newborn to 2-year infant car seat that keeps your baby rear-facing for a full two years as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics! The car seat provides comfort and protection for babies from 4-40lbs. 

The SnugRide Click Connect 40 features an 8 position adjustable base that grows with your child, providing an ample amount of leg room! You can see shots of both the the 8 position base and the adjustable foot rest below.

I know the thing I dislike most about car seats is having to re-thread them as my daughter grows. It can take what feels like forever! Well, the SnugRide no-rethread harness makes it incredibly easy to adjust with just one hand! Simply reach your hand behind the seat and squeeze the red buttons to adjust up or down to fit the height of your child's head. How awesome is that?!

The Click Connect 40 is available in two patterns, Mena and Moonstruck. The Moonstuck color in my opinion is very gender neutral while Mena is very feminine and not overly pink or bright. I absolutely adore this pattern and I feel that the event attendees were loving it also!

The Click Connect attachment allows parents to easily transition their babies from the car seat to a Graco FastAction Click Connect stroller through a simple and secure one-step “click.” The SnugRide Click Connect 40 is only compatible with Graco FastAction Fold Click Connect strollers. This car seat and stroller are not yet offered together but can be purchase seperately to create the ultimate travel system! I also love how quick and easy the FastAction Click Connect strollers fold. All you have to do is pull the stroller seat up in a quick action and it instantly folds. We own a small car and our current stroller takes up the whole trunk! I can see either one of these strollers fitting in my truck easily and leaving plenty of room for other things I would want to keep in my trunk.
